How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, your products undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, they are carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. The delivery team will bring the package to you as soon as possible. If they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.  

How are items packaged?
We are committed to sustainability in our packaging while ensuring the safety of your orders. Our Emily Beauty Care cardboard outer box is eco-friendly and made from 100% recycled paper. Where possible, we use paper-fillers instead of bubble wrap, continuously improving our packaging to reduce plastic. We are committed to further reducing plastic in our packaging and are constantly innovating sustainable solutions.  

What is the range of locations to which Emily Beauty Care ships their products?
Emily Beauty Care does not currently ship internationally.

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number. Once your order is prepared and shipped (within 24-48 hours of confirmation), you can track the status through the 'Track' button in the 'My Orders' section. You can also choose to receive order updates via WhatsApp.  

What is the estimated delivery time?
We typically dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). While we stock 95% of our catalog, certain products may be sourced directly from the brand to ensure they’re fresh and non-expired, which may cause a slight delay. During Mega Sale events, dispatches might be delayed due to high volumes, but we aim to ship all orders within 5 days of the order date.  

Why is my order shipped in multiple shipments?
This is normal and simply means different parts of your order were shipped from different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only need to pay shipping or COD charges, if applicable, on the first package received.  

Are there any shipping charges on my order?
We apply standard shipping charges for most addresses.

Does Emily Beauty Care ship outside India?
Emily Beauty Care does not currently offer international shipping.
