INGREDIENTS: Aqua, Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Cocamide MFA, Cocoamidopropyl Betaine, Acrylate Copolymer, Polyquaternium 7, Ethylene Glycol Monostearate, Phenoxyethanol, Silicone, Hydrolysed Keratin, Di-Sodium EDTA, Citiric Acid & Fragrance

Wet Your Hair: Thoroughly wet your hair with lukewarm water. Make sure your hair is completely saturated.

Apply Shampoo: Take an adequate amount of Amla shampoo in your palm. The amount will depend on the length and thickness of your hair.

Massage Into Scalp: Gently massage the shampoo into your scalp using your fingertips. Focus on the roots and areas where there is oil or product buildup.

Work Through Hair: Once the scalp is covered, work the shampoo through the rest of your hair, from the roots to the tips.

Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until all the shampoo is washed out. Make sure there is no residue left.

Condition (Optional): Depending on your hair type, you may follow up with a conditioner. Apply conditioner from mid-length to the tips, leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Pat Dry: Gently pat your hair dry with a soft towel. Avoid rubbing vigorously, as this can cause damage.

Style as Desired: Style your hair as usual, whether that's air-drying or using heat styling tools.
